VersaLifts V2 Strength Heel Lift Inserts offer weightlifters a more rigid design than the standard V2 inserts, making them optimized for the heaviest squat loads and Olympic lifts.

Featuring a high-durometer polymer construction in a range of three sizes, the V2 Strength Heel Lift Inserts instantly raise the heel-to-toe drop of the user’s training shoes by one-half inch. This can help dramatically improve form and positioning, as well as the long-term effectiveness of a training movement.

The inserts are light and comfortable and are securely held in place by VersaLifts’ no-slip cleat technology.
